There's more dancing today, the day after Christmas. To see Lindy, Nate, Joel and Sarah, just click on the link below. To see Camden, Riley, Sidney and Eliza, click on the two links below that (in the second one, they're older.)

Tiffany and I had planned to leave for Springdale and Zion today; but the weather is not cooperating, so we think we'll try tomorrow. The weather is supposed to be better. Mom and Dick wouldn't have been ready to go with us today anyway. So we've just been relaxing today and getting things done around here, which has been nice.

Christmas Morning

Dad, Rich, Tiff, and I had such a great Christmas morning we did a dance. Click on the link below to see for yourself.

We almost wore ourselves out dancing, but we still had time to open presents and just enjoy the morning and being together. It's so nice to have Tiffany home for the holiday. Santa didn't visit us this year. I guess he decided we're all to old for such things. (I think he's saving it all up for the Barretts.) So we opened our gifts that we had given to each other and had received from other people. Very nice. Sarah and Joel sent some cornbread mix and hot pepper jelly and a great Christmas CD from South Carolina. Santa did remember us with a box of pears, crackers and salmon from Harry & David which had arrived in the mail. I think Rich and Tiff were a little disappointed that the stockings didn't have anything in them. Actually, I bet Santa had grown tired of waiting for everyone to go to bed before he could make his visit. I think at that point he decides that the family can take care of themselves. I might need to reconsider about the stockings, however.

Later in the day we went over to the Barretts to see if Santa had come there. Sure enough, there were two American Girl dolls, a baby doll and lots and lots of other things. Talk about fun! Riley was so proud that she had been good enough to get a doll from Santa. After surveying and enjoying all the presents, we had some of Lindy's delicious taco soup which we all enjoyed. Then it was time to go home and be glad for such a nice day.
