Karalie called this afternoon and said she could taste her lunch! She was very happy. We hope the trend continues and that she'll be able to taste again. Maybe it's a temporary thing that will happen for a week after her treatment. We'll have to see.

yeah! I haven't heard back from Tyra, but I'll ask her again if that happens to her. I bet that was a pretty great-tasting lunch, after eating cardboard for over a week.
Hooray for Karalie! She is such a gourmet and lover of good food that not being able to taste the delicious food she makes would stink. We hope things go well for her!!
